I'd be happy to set up a moinmoin wiki for pcpfans.  It wouldn't solve
the problem with fragmentation or culling though.

Thanks for the offer, but for backlog management let's try the bugzilla approach ... if that does not prove useful, we can circle back to the wiki approach. If we can create a workflow in bugzilla that works, I think I'd prefer that over the free-text wiki approach, although there may be other good reasons to consider a project wiki.
