Not sure - looks like we're passing an error code into the NSS library
to decode, but its not recognising it (these don't go over the wire,
unless NSS does that itself internally, so I can't think of any reason
this would happen).  Possibly even a NSS bug on that version/platform?
Or maybe an old version of NSS that doesn't support sqlite3 databases?
(wild guess)
