    Correctly install the pcp user/group during a Mac OS X upgrade
    
    A pair of incorrect true/false tests in the Mac OS X postupgrade
    script meant the pcp user/group was never installed in that case
    (unlike the postinstall script, which was just fine).  Facepalm.
