    Add a couple of edge cases in capturing interrupt error counts.
    
    From auditing current kernel code, noticed that the interrupt
    error count in /proc/interrupts is architecture-specific, and
    not all architectures display it the same way (most do, but
    ARM and a couple others differ subtley).  This deals with the
    differences found.
