assorted - linux -> linux+proc PMDA split
These changes allow all QA test to work on Linux in each of the
following configurations:
- classical proc metrics in the linux PMDA
- proc PMDA split from linux PMDA, and proc PMDA installed
- proc PMDA split from linux PMDA, and proc PMDA _not_ installed
