pmlogrewrite - minor enhancements
1. add optional RESCALE keyword to UNITS clause to allow rescaling
(-s semantics) to apply to selected metrics, rather than all metrics
with scale changes as with -s
2. refine volume switching logic to ensure 2^31-1 limit is not exceeded
even after rewriting the pmResults ... may mean there are more volumes
in the output archive than the input archive and volume numbering is
not necessarily 1:1 between the input and output archives
