263 - separate stdout and stderr, then recombine
Make deterministic to avoid stdio buffering differences, as seen on
64-bit Debian 6.0.1.

416 - delay a little
After dbpmda quits, wait a little for the pmda to exit, so the
pmda's log file is complete ... seen on a single CPU VM running
Gentoo.
