507 handle truly bizarre Mac OS X behaviour
pcp(1) uses hinv.physmem to report the physical memory, and the
darwin pmda does not report a constant value! I've seen it randomly
be 2046 or 2047 on the system I have access to.
Special case the QA test to deal with this sort of variation ... sigh.

consistent across platforms.
