Add two new tests exercising pmdalogger functionality.
These tests exercise a number of interesting pmdalogger
cases - basic functionality, regular files, named pipes,
missing files, empty files, bad files (eg. directories),
etc, etc. Both the event fetching and regular non-event
metrics are exercised.
Still seems to be a latent issue with pipe commands - the
test output matches what I think should happen, the pmda
code doesn't seem to capture pipe events correctly atm.
