pmlogconv - convert archives from V1 to V2 format
When combined with -n src-oss/root_irix, pmlogconv will convert a
V1 archive into a V2 archive. At this stage, only expecting this
to be used to help QA transition from PCP 3.5 to PCP 4.0.
