Oh, missed CFLAGS:
=== libpcp ===
=== src ===
gcc -g -O2 -fpic -fno-strict-aliasing -D_GNU_SOURCE -Wall -g -DPCP_DEBUG
-DPCP_VERSION=\"3.4.1\" -I./src/include -fpic -fno-strict-aliasing
-D_GNU_SOURCE -Wall -g -DPCP_DEBUG -DPCP_VERSION=\"3.4.1\" -I../src/include
-fpic -fno-strict-aliasing -D_GNU_SOURCE -Wall -g -DPCP_DEBUG
-DPCP_VERSION=\"3.4.1\" -I../../src/include -fpic -fno-strict-aliasing
-D_GNU_SOURCE -DLIBPCP_INTERNAL '-DEXEC_SUFFIX=""' '-DDSO_SUFFIX="so"'
'-DCPP_SIMPLE="cpp"' '-DCPP_SIMPLE_ARGS="-traditional -undef"' -Wall -g
-DPCP_DEBUG -DPCP_VERSION=\"3.4.1\" -I../../../src/include -c -o connect.o
connect.c
Also, I noticed this via ./Makepkgs ... so, might be some magic injected
during the debian package building, somehow (which you may/may not also
see on Ubuntu).
cheers.
