commit b6d64e7cbd1e9a0b2621e9d628505ce3838ea3c6

Fix up two off-by-one errors in mem allocation for new numa metrics.

built & installed on a RHEL5.4 KVM and sanity tested with pminfo -fmdtv
Works for me - before these changes the same sanity test failed
with apparent malloc heap corruption, sometimes.

Perhaps we could add 'pminfo -fmdtv >/dev/null 2>&1' to qa/000

Cheers
