    Makepkgs - Ubuntu build problems
    
    The ix86 toolchain is still broken in Ubuntu 10.04 ... update the
    INSTALL notes (pointing out the first few QA failures that are the
    signature of bad binaries being created) and make the Makepkgs test
    specific to 32-bit platform builds.
