Its been merged into the main PCP tree for awhile (basic Linux
port was done as well), its just not installed.

FWIW, looks like sadf "-x" is a (new?) export-to-xml option:

... which will help with those sar ondisk format changes.
There's bound to be plenty of Perl XML parsers around.  ;-)
