pmie rules

Hello,

What is the best way to enable the full list of pmie rules. By default only
load level is on. In the past I went into pmie and disabled the cpu.util
and then when quiting the other default rules were added to the 
pmie/config.default file and then students would turn it back on. It would
be nice to have a   pmie> save   to  add the default rules without modifying
one.
