    Trim RPM %config files to just those files that are likely
    to actually be edited.

    The community packaged RPMs from build/rpm/pcp.spec.in)
    and the Fedora / Red Hat RPMs (build/rpm/pcp_fedora.spec)
    are now in sync for this.
