128: A fix when there are NFSv4 client/server running
The test doesn't know how to deal with nfsv4, and ends up
with duplicate statistics because the $prefix remains the
same while processing the nfsv4 output from nfsstat.
Skip nfsv4 stats.
Also, fix join complaining about unsorted file 1.

083: more strict wait for pmlogger start
There was a "sh -c" process that was used in the startup of
pmlogger.
This was causing two processes to be found and included in
logger_pid.
Just limit the search more strictly by removing the sh -c process.
