OOC, did you find anything?

If one were to do this in PCP, there are two parts to it.  Firstly,
we'd need a cgroup PMDA.  From a look at getdelays.c it uses netlink
to get stats out of the kernel, so thats all pretty straightforward.
Secondly, we need a generic top utility in PCP.  This has come up in
the past too - there's a not-generic, old-and-moldy pmtop in the PCP
source tree, here at Aconex we have a top utility using PCP data too,
but its specific to our web application.  A generic pmtop should be
able to sort and display any metrics/instances requested. We've had
thoughts about implementing this for awhile - its on the backburner,
but its just a Simple Matter Of Programming.
