Ok, I think my issue is because I built my packages from the .src.rpm.
And for some reason it used pcp_rc_dir as /etc/rc.d/init.d/ or possibly
this directory somehow existed. But once I installed this package,
every build then after pcp_rc_dir would get set incorrectly. Once I
removed this directory /etc/rc.d/init.d are rebuilt things from the
.tar.gz, it correctly uses pcp_rc_dir as /etc/init.d and sets the
Distribution to suse.

No surprise, given how long it's been since we did the last release.
Nathan and I have a plan to install a bunch of virtual machines of
various distros, so we can do QA on a wider variety of distributions.

We're just not there yet.
