MMV is now open source

After submitting the proposal to SGI's Open Source Review Board earlier
this week and going through the review, I'm happy to annouce that the
memory mapped value library and PMDA are now in my tree on oss.sgi.com
in the open-source-mmv branch.

The QA tests, archives and ancillary bits in qa/src were approved also,
but I need to take a little bit longer look through those source files
to make sure that they're ready for release.  Expect them later this
week.
