Update the way the Preferences dialog works primarily for Mac OS X.
Changes made to apps via such dialogs on Mac are expected to take
immediate effect, and hence need no OK/Cancel buttons. Additionally
this change makes use of the native Mac OS X unified tool/title-bar
style - this is now the default, with an option to use the old style
presented on the Preferences dialog. These two things make kmchart
feel much more like a "real" native Mac OS X application.
