Resolve an issue observed when using pmstat to monitor a remote
system - pmFetch failed and reconnect logic didn't kick in. It
seems to be because we're not trapping PM_ERR_TIMEOUT as well,
as has been done in the PMC code (pmstat is now consistent with
that).
