Add sleep 1 after kill to pmcd, so reconfig gets done before

Treat names from hostname and pmhostname as equivalent when filtering.
The former distinction to produce MY_HOSTNAME or MY_FQDN in the filtered
output has been removed (just MY_HOSTNAME now). Needed for local QA
environments without domains, e.g. hostname and pmhostname both return
"bozo" for me.

pmcd was dumping core dure to a buffer over-run in the linux pmda.
