You can give multiple -h <host> options on the command line, and all of
the hosts listed there will be available in the host drop downs.
Also, if you use a View which has host names hardcoded in it, they will
also be made available there. I tend to go that route - I have configs
that create multiple tabs for different aspects of our production hosts
which I fire up once & then can easily select from any host.
