Update man pages - refer to kmchart as well as pmchart, remove
no-longer-useful IRIX and licensing references (but keeping in
SGI pcp-pro references). Especially focused on the PCPIntro(1)
page, which was woefully dated, and then pushed common changes
to all other man pages that had similar issues.
