Fix up several small issues with path navigation in open/save view
dialogs, selection state oddities, etc, found from interactive QA.

Switch to a brighter green for CPU idle, but no so bright that it
burns your retinas. Also use old school utilisation ordering, with
user time first, then kernel time.
