More QA updates - we only print view load status on -Dappl2 now, so
add that option to each of the tests. s/loadView/openView/ in gold
test output. We no longer override PCP_STDERR in kmchart now too,
we only set it (to DISPLAY) if it wasn't set already, so we can run
non-interactive QA in this mode.

Ensure pmMetricStruct properly initialised each time through, else
we can free unallocated space and SEGV. Test 005 exercises this.
