Hi,

I also find the cause of the wrong out put of case 530,532, 581 and
603.
The test file is in DOS format. After I convert it to Unix format, I
get the correct results of 530 and 532.
For case 581, there is a little difference. See bellow:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------
581 - output mismatch (see 581.out.bad)
66,67c66,67< DATE: DYN_DISCRETE twenty twenty-five thirty forty forty-nine
fifty fifty-eight one-hundred-and-six
< DATE: DYN_INSTANT twenty twenty-five thirty forty forty-nine fifty
fifty-eight one-hundred-and-six
---
> DATE: DYN_DISCRETE twenty twenty-five thirty forty forty-HOST fifty
fifty-eight one-hundred-and-six
> DATE: DYN_INSTANT twenty twenty-five thirty forty forty-HOST fifty
fifty-eight one-hundred-and-six
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------

For case 603, the difference is as follows:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------
603 - output mismatch (see 603.out.bad)
93c93
< pmtrace: observation error: Cannot connect to PMDA - permission denied
---
> pmtrace: observation error: Connection refused
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------

Please refer to the attachments for the out.bad files.

        Thanks

        Sonic Zhang

530
Corrupted script same as earlier mail.

532
        Ditto

581
        Ditto

603
More subtle, but I don't believe the error message, as the
common.filter shell procedure is used in lots of places, and this
seems to be specific to QA test 603.

I've included new versions of the QA tests in question.

If this does not resolve the issue, then for QA test NNN I need to see
the output from:

        $ wc -l NNN
        $ sh -x NNN
