The setenv problem is resolved, but new problem emerges in case 603.

Sigh. This is a generic problem ... my scripts assume the login
shell for the pcpqa user is csh, tcsh or some derivative thereof.
I've reworked the script to make the shell to be used to run the
command explicit, could you please try the attached 603?
