In addition to what Mark said ... PCP needs to be started as part of the system reboot, so this means stuffing things in /etc for most Linuxes with no alternatives supported, so this cannot be relocatable, and hence the whole RPM is not relocatable. I don't think config --prefix=... is ever going to work for the PCP RPM ... use pcp.conf.in to selectively move _parts_ of the PCP installation before you build. |
