Yes - I do:
#define GLX_SAMPLE_BUFFERS_ARB 100000
#define GLX_SAMPLES_ARB 100001
(which is what the documentation in the extension registry
says the values are)...and it seems to work OK (at least
with the nVidia GF-3 and their new 1.0-1251 drivers).
