Attached as dmesg.boot.
No additional messages after card is stopped.
(I use vlans, but can reproduce the problem without them).

Look, seems like the card stops after 64 packets transmitted -
I checked this several times!

Just checked - 2.6.6 couldn't boot on this machine - 
hda: lost interrupt
