There is a lot of asymmetric hardware out there... namely 56K modems and ADSL, etc. 56K modems, for instance, upload at about 33.6K and download at 53K (based on FCC regulations in the USA, that 53K number might be different in other countries). I think that I'm right with that answer :) Anyone else? |
