The bug is that icmpv6_param_prob() already frees the skb. I reported this back in November. This is already fixed in my tree, its' just currently embedded in our zerocopy patches, it'll get merged. The latter part of the patch concerns sending param_prob even when offset != 0. Alexey wrote in the comment otherwise though. I've added this change to my tree, thanks. Later, David S.
