Well, in that case, it might not be your fault. I double checked your
default route and that looks fine. Do a traceroute6 and see if that gives
you anything worthwhile. See what hop traffic will not route past and then
go from there.

Thanks for your email. Yes I did your changes. I do get
ping6 ::1 and
ping6 ::163.143.99.101 and to all other v6 hosts on 99 subnet. But I do not
get
ping6 3ffe:501:427:1000::163.143.99.101 and others.
For ping6 www.6bone.net (external 6bone host) it gives network is
unreachable, but for local hosts no reply.
I tried to ping6 from the tunnel provider , the same result (I checked with
tcpdump6, icmp v6 messages are transmitted on eth0),
ping6 ::163.143.180.107 works but not the global address.
