Patch below should fix that problem. There also seems to be a firmware bug, occasionally it returns garbage instead of the packet it should be getting. At least it seems to be returning the same garbage every time at more or less consistant intervals, so it's probably not link errors causing the problem. Hi, Currently I'm working on my masters thesis about ST on Linux. I'm strongly interested in the os-bypass code so I'll start with this new API. Of course any supporters are welcome especially as I may not finish it in time (I have a deadline for my thesis). Is there any Irix code I could base my work on ? I guess the old libst code for Linux is not very suitable for the newly designed API. regards, Sebastian Heidl -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Weitere Infos: siehe http://www.gnupg.org iQEVAwUBOsMcGAH/otzYpRD1AQE9+Af+LIQ55PmSNu1pwAaDQZTdBLhhSOw2iR+v Z/FObrf+kAcYW7q5AfvqEmW+UClGF2dTUZmEgpxEJdM4gkJU3ifPhEGE6VpQI7gN 3ryX+pjvVzTMag7J2m/OAGhvxrfDfbuc1PD/Q/04DUR5WT2uuRunJntWQ3U1qS1n 6h81rIfomD9oUtUfNi25AI0rp3qIxpVGct3+RJ0zSn3+QGx8aMZHelVFEnr0eWKj hxRUu8AzDs/GTL91EzPaXPW6VxPXPcDHC0TPYjKhYcf7nI/YAeJ1BkoMyrJwQSZc MLaNAzizpBmGvRHs330Swez3lzDzBHXO6HfIa8RmESoEF8WI2C67bA== =aUv2 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- From owner-stp@oss.sgi.com Thu Mar 29 16:22:40 2001 Received: (from majordomo@localhost) by oss.sgi.com (8.11.3/8.11.3) id f2U0Me715063 for stp-outgoing; Thu, 29 Mar 2001 16:22:40 -0800 Received: from sgi.com (sgi.SGI.COM [192.48.153.1]) by oss.sgi.com (8.11.3/8.11.3) with ESMTP id f2U0MdM15060 for ; Thu, 29 Mar 2001 16:22:39 -0800 Received: from steel.nova.sgi.com ([169.238.28.22]) by sgi.com (980327.SGI.8.8.8-aspam/980304.SGI-aspam: SGI does not authorize the use of its proprietary systems or networks for unsolicited or bulk email from the Internet.) via ESMTP id QAA08582 for ; Thu, 29 Mar 2001 16:22:38 -0800 (PST) mail_from (voellm@sgi.com) Received: from freedom.nova.sgi.com by steel.nova.sgi.com via ESMTP (980427.SGI.8.8.8/930416.SGI) id TAA06223; Thu, 29 Mar 2001 19:20:40 -0500 (EST) Date: Thu, 29 Mar 2001 19:20:42 -0500 From: "Anthony F.
