I dont remember what it said I just deleted teh rpms and have been looking at the source since. Im just wondering is there anyway the source will compile with xinetd?? Because from what i ave found with Mandrake 8 that even when you start fam with the fam -T 0 command fam is running but nothing will connect to it.... So has anyone any ides on how they got that to work with RH 7.1 and could you give me any insite on what I need to do to get it to work with Mandrake 8.0 or hell even mandrake 7.2 so I dont have to start the daemon manually? I have created a patch for the Linux 2.4.0 kernel sources which adds support for imon. The patch is based on an earlier patch for Linux 2.4.0-test9 which was submitted by E. Brian Gast, with some modifications to ensure that imon can be built either as a module or built-in. The patch can be downloaded via http or ftp at: I will soon create a patch for a more recent Linux 2.4 kernel, probably 2.4.2 and/or 2.4.6. If you would prefer a different version, let me know. Please contact me or the list with any feedback or suggestions.
