I'm running a headless linux system on a PC/104 board that uses devfs. The standard x86 4 serial ports (/dev/tts/0-3) are there. But I also have an expansion board that has an additional serial port that isn't being detected. Under Slackware (non-devfs) I was able to configure the additional serial port using the setserial command to tell the kernel the IO address and IRQ for the UART. Is there something equivalent to setserial in the devfs world? Any suggestions are much appreciated!
