With DEVFS active, I plugged in a USB-memory stick. Initially all I saw under /dev/scsi was /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0 at some time later I had /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/generic and at some time later yet I had /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/generic /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/disc /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/part1 at this point I could mount .../part1 and all was good... However, now when I go back and try it again, I never get the disc and part1 entries so I cant mount the device.
