I have put a new lockmeter patch at:

Click on "Download" on the left, then "v2.6", and the patch is named
"patch.2.6.14-lockmeter-1.gz".
The patch is a restructured version of earlier patches and may not compile on
some architectures. Please let me know! It has been tested against ia64, and
it compiles against i386, and is supposed to also work on alpha, mips,
sparc64, x86_64, and ppc64.
You must turn off CONFIG_PREEMPT and turn on CONFIG_LOCKMETER.
