First, I must solicit your confidence in this transaction, this is by virtue of its nature as being utterly confidential and top secret, though I know that a transaction of this magnitude will make any one apprehensive and worried.I came to know you in my private search for a reputable company through the courtesy of the commercial section of your Embassy here in Burkina Faso and after going through the profile of your company, I have a second thought of doing business with you.
For introduction, I am MR Zongo Mila, credit officer with the Bank of Africa Ouagadougou Burkian Faso.
THE PROPOSITION: A foreigner- a Canadian, Late Engr.JEFF JONES (snr) an oil merchant with the federal government of Nigeria, until his death years ago in Kenya Air Bus (A310-300) flight KQ 430, Banked with us at Bank Of Africa Ouagadougou Burkina Faso and had a closing balance as at the end of September, 2000 worth US$55.Million. The bank now expects a next of kin as beneficiary and valuable efforts have been made to get in touch with any of the JONE’S family or relatives but to no success.
It is because of the perceived possibility of not being able to locate any of the Late Engr. JEFF JONES (snr’s) next of kin (wife or children not known to us), that the management under the influence of our chairman and members of the Board of Directors
made arrangement for the fund to be declared “unclaimed”and subsequently be donated to the trust fund for motherless babies homes and Red Cross Societies.in order to avert this negative development, some of my trusted colleagues and I now seek your permission to have you stand as next of kin to late Engr.JEFF JONES (snr) so that the fund will be released and paid into your account as the eneficiary’s next of kin.
All documents and proves relating to the fund will be carefully worked out and all the necessary modalities furnished to you on your acceptance of our mutual business relationship. We have secured from the PROBATE an order of mandamus to locate any of the deceased beneficiaries, and more so we are ssuring
you that this business is 100% risk free involvement.
Lastly, we are willing to offer you 25% of the total sum for your assistance and also 25% for joint venture investment in your country while 40% for our private use and 10% for any expenses during the time of transfer to your account. If this proposal is acceptable to you, do not make undue advantage of the TRUST bestowed on you and your private phone/fax numbers needed for easier communications.
