Can anyone using LKCD with an IDE drive please email me the specific
patching instructions?  I keep on getting an NMI: IOCK error during the
dump_compress phase several pages into the panic dump and after a
kernel_write().  I wonder if it may be due to IDE/SCSI sense code
mismatching.
