Hello All,
          I applied the patch for the lkcd 1.0.3.  to the linux  kernel version 
2.2.12 but i faced the problem that it was not able to find the declarations of 
   AS_KERNEL, AS_USER, AS_REMOTE etc.  I am attaching the file for reference. 
    Can anyone guide me how to resolve this problem.
