Attached is my current version of the IOC3 driver.  It has just survived
some hours of extremly heavy network traffic.  Yet there are some loose
ends, I've seen crashes which went away without me actually having fixed
them ...  Please try this one on SN0/SN1 also and tell me your experiences.
