O200 documentation

Hi,

I've collected all the documentation for the O200 that I've been able to find
on the network.  All of it is in either pdf or postscript format.  I could
unfortunately not get the documents I converted from framemaker to postscript
into only one file, and thus are they splitted.  It would be possible to use
psmerge to put them together, although it's not worth the trouble.
