Ralf,

Please verify that with the above change, your nfsroot setup still works. 

Just fyi: with CONFIG_IP_PNP_BOOTP, my disk boot shows much lesser
syscalls, and panics much earlier compared to a disk boot with a kernel
that does not have CONFIG_IP_PNP_BOOTP.
