kernprof v0.12.1 is now available

FYI, kernprof v0.12.1 (replacing the just-announced v0.12) is now
available for 2.4.18 and several 2.5.x kernels.  It fixes a small
shortcoming in the "-r" (reset) logic in the kernel kernprof code.

I haven't produced a v0.12.1 for all possible 2.5.x kernels.  Please let
me know if you have a particular favorite 2.5.x that I haven't done and
that can't be serviced by some other kernprof patch against another
2.5.x.
