Yes.  Or more accurately, "maybe".  I've tried to move the patch forward
to various 2.4.0-* releases, but I haven't tested (and in some cases
haven't compiled) the profiling patch against ia64.  It's near the top
of my to-do list.

Available patches: -test7, -test8, -test10, -test11, and the final
2.4.0.
