Hi,
I'd like to use this utility for profiling a loadable module on a Linux
2.2.12 kernel. Is that possible?
Also, is it true that gprof can't profile the kernel as it required the
exit(2) or a return from main() for it to work? I'm only asking as
http://oss.sgi.com/projects/kernprof/faq.html#Q6 makes no mention of a
difference between kernprof and gprof being that gprof can't do kernel
profiling. Have I missed something here?
Cheers,
Dave
