Reliability mostly. The PSU basically has your entire system by the balls, and if it fails, say, by accidentally giving your motherboard a jolt, you've fried your entire computer. Also, a good PSU will last longer, not because they have a higher time till failure, but also because they naturally lose their ability to transmit power over time. That is, the power yielded (wattage) will decrease of the years. If your computer requires 500W to run, and you buy a 535W supply, you may need to buy a new one eventually. Go with a 700W, instead. It costs a little bit more, but it's worth it.Hot tip: Mattresses go on sale like clockwork at certain times of the year, e.g. Memorial Day Weekend, New Years Day, etc. Since the mattress is seldom a must-buy-it-today kind of purchase you can get an awesome mattress for very little. The best is buying last year's model since the technology on mattresses doesn't move as fast as, say, a digital camera.

would think that supplementation would be pretty easy. Figure out just where people are likely to be deficient; then make a pill that supplements for those suspected deficiencies -- sort of a one-a-day multiple-vitamin kind of thing. Determining the best supplement to take would then be a simple job of reading the label. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. There are actually several problems. Natural and synthetic vitamins are not the same thing. In nature, nutrients do not exist in isolation; they exist molecularly bound in complex relationships with numerous other food constituents. As it turns out, our body cells have specific receptor sites for the carrier proteins attached to most vitamins -- not the vitamins themselves. Actually, vitamins can be classified as either: totally natural, co-natural, or synthetic.
